Please Ensure You Are Prepared for DSCSA Compliance and Implementation
October 10, 2024
To meet the requirements of the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), FFF Enterprises has partnered with SAP to implement its Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals (ATTP) solution to provide you with access to serialized transaction records—this is a cloud-based communication between suppliers, wholesale distributors, and care providers.
For ease of onboarding, we have partnered with TraceLink Life Sciences Cloud services so you can access your DSCSA G S1 Electronic Product Code Information Services (EPCIS) files. Upon completion of data load, your existing TraceLink service link will be configured for DSCSA EPCIS and SOMs data exchange.
EPCIS will be available to help meet DSCSA requirements, and FFF Enterprises is here to help you understand the process and ensure you can access relevant information. If you have not already provided your Global Location Number (GLN) information to FFF, it will be necessary for you to provide this to begin the onboarding process. If you do not already have your GLN(s), you can register for them through the GS1 US® website.
Customers must provide their GLN and other required information to FFF, so they can be onboarded into FFF’s SAP ATTP. If you are unable to obtain a GLN number, you can work with our DSCSA team to access files as needed.
Please contact FFFDSCSA@fffenterprises.com to ensure you are properly onboarded.*
FFF requires the following information from your organization:
- DSCSA Contact Name
- DSCSA Contact Email
- Company Name
- Corporate GCP
- Location GLNs and corresponding FFF Account numbers
- Third Party Integrator, if used
*We will provide data according to the manufacturer's provisioning.
We also want you to be aware that these changes will not affect your current T3 lot-level data, accessible through TraceLink.
Please share this communication with those in your organization who may require this information. We will continue to provide you with timely communications and updates as they become available.
For DSCSA-related questions or assistance, please contact FFFDSCSA@fffenterprises.com.
Thank you again for your partnership with FFF Enterprises and for Helping Healthcare Care®.
