Federal Excise Tax for 2016-17 Flu Vaccines

FFF is now accepting returns for remaining 2016-17 flu vaccine products for a Federal Excise Tax credit. Returns will be processed through MyFluVaccine.com. Flu vaccines must be received by Friday, September 15, 2017.

To submit your Federal Excise Tax Return Good Authorization (RGA) request, please log into MyFluVaccine.com.
- Login MyFluVaccine.com.
- From the menu bar, click Federal Excise Tax Returns
- Complete the online form. Once your request is processed, you will receive an email that will include the RGA and further instructions. If you provide a fax number, the RGA will be sent to you within 24 hours of receipt during normal business hours.
