Federal Excise Tax Credits for 2022-23 Flu Vaccines

FFF Enterprises is now accepting returns for remaining 2022-23 flu vaccines for Federal Excise Tax (FET) credits. Returns can be processed through MyFluVaccine. Products must be physically received by FFF no later than Friday, October 27, 2023.

Go to MyFluVaccine and complete the online Return of Goods Authorization (RGA) form to submit a request for an RGA number.

**IMPORTANT: Returns cannot be accepted without an RGA number.**

Shipping

Customers are responsible for coordinating and paying for the return shipment of eligible products to FFF Enterprises.

Refrigerated packaging is not required. However, all products must be properly packaged so that they will not be damaged during transit.
